       consecutive kills. and then displays Text. Heres the text
       chart.

       3 KILLS =  *****  PLAYERNAME is on [ FIRE ] !!!  *****
       5 KILLS =  *****  PLAYERNAME is on a [ KILLING SPREE ] !!!  *****
       10 KILLS = *****  PLAYERNAME is on a [ RAMPAGE ] !!!  *****
       15 KILLS = *****  PLAYERNAME is [ DOMINATING ] !!!  *****
       20 KILLS = *****  PLAYERNAME is [ UNSTOPPABLE ] !!!  *****
       25 KILLS = *****  PLAYERNAME is [ GODLIKE ] !!!  *****

       Because JK doesnt have the same type of weapons as UT its actaully
       really tough to get above a [ KILLING SPREE ].
