       force_jump.cog

HOW IT WORKS:
	 Use Force_Jump and it will start searching for everyone in game and jail them
       when it finds them. Simply use Force_Jump again to free everyone jailed.
       Because this cog systematically searches, it can take up to 10 seconds before 
       it finds anyone. Also it will not jail anyone using No Target.
