HOW IT WORKS:
	  Use blinding and hold the button. It will fire a sticky raildet. 
	  When that raildet connects with a surface or thing(people too).
	  It will start to draw you towards it. When you are done being
	  drawn toward it or had enough clinging to Wall/Thing, Release
        the button. The Grapple Hook will disconnect if you attempt
	  to use another force, but you may switch guns and fire guns.
