HOW IT WORKS:

       To use it. Hold item_fieldlight.cog until the victim you
       want to freeze is targeted. Then stop holding the fieldlight
       button. The targetted person will remain frozen until you
       press fieldlight again, at which point the cog will shutoff
       and reset.
   
       This will probably not completely freeze hackers with good
       anti's but it should slow them down a bit.
