HOW IT WORKS:

       Instead of healing you, when you use this bacta it will use
       force_blind on everyone in the game. It wont effect most
       hackers, and its still blocked by things like force_seeing.
       If successful they should be blinded for 2 min or until 
       they die.

       It's called FOOKER's BLINDALL because it was his idea.

       It would be easy to edit this cog to make a gripall or
       deadlysight all. Just find the number 27 and change it to 
       31 or 34.
