HOW IT WORKS:

       Sorta like a JAIL-ALL and SPIN-BITCH hack combined except
       it also attempts to use old school fade (ACTOR 0x400000) on 
       the victims every 10 seconds. It will also attempt to 
       blind non-hackers. The text:
       "Video Games can cause deadly seizures" is also displayed
       to the victim while being faded. It's only a weak fade,
       it will not kill hard-core hackers.
