HOW IT WORKS:
       
       Select repeater. If your repeater bullets hit or come very
       close to another player, they will become frozen. The text
       "(NAME) is FROZEN in CARBONITE for 15 Seconds." is displayed.
       The frozen victim will not be able to move, but they are also
       protected from damage. After 15 seconds the text 
       "(NAME) has THAWED from his CARBONITE freeze." is displayed.
       
       You will not be able to re-freeze a person until they have
       unfrozen. This will NOT work against most hackers.
       This cog uses ammo.
