HOW IT WORKS:
       
       Select Raildet. 
       The text "(your name) has selected 'THE BOUNCE GUN'." will
       be displayed. Fire RAILDET. The bullets will automatically
       home in on other players. When a bullet strikes another 
       player, they will slowly fly upwards and start to spin.
       The effect should last a few seconds, before they fall back
       to the ground.

       This effect is probably not effective vs hardcore hackers.
