HOW IT WORKS:

       This COG only works as intended in the level BESPIN.
       Switch to Fists and press FIRE once. It will display: 
       "Bespin Catwalk Wind: ON". It will create the effect
       of wind on on the catwalk. It will be more difficult to
       fight on the Catwalk without being blown off.
       Switch o Fists and press FIRE again to stop it.
       "Bespin Catwalk Wind: OFF" will be displayed and the wind
       will stop.
