HOW IT WORKS:

       It's a toggle cog either allowing or not allowing Saber use
       in the game. Either:

       RULE CHANGE: LIGHTSABER'S -NOT- ALLOWED.
       
       or
       
       RULE CHANGE: LIGHTSABER'S ALLOWED.

       will be displayed. If a person tries to use lightsaber while
       NOT ALLOWED this will be displayed:

       NAME, SABERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please change weapons. 
      
       and their saber blade will disappear, making their saber useless.
